How it works
Most of the work is deciding how you want calls handled. The technical side is short, and we do it with you rather than handing you a manual.
The three steps
Forward your existing business number to AutoVoice, or take a new local number from us. Forwarding is a setting with your current phone provider and usually takes a few minutes. Your published number stays the same, so nothing on your website, van or business cards needs reprinting.
You send us your opening hours, prices, services, the questions you get asked constantly, and what you want to happen at the end of a call. We turn that into the agent's script and choose a voice. You hear it and approve it before a single real caller reaches it.
We switch the forwarding on. The agent starts answering. You get transcripts from the first call, so you can see exactly how it handled things and tell us what to change.
After you go live
The first fortnight is where a voice agent earns its keep or does not. Read the transcripts.
Especially early on. You will spot questions you never thought to script, and callers phrasing things in ways you did not expect.
Answers, tone, what triggers a handover to a person. Changes are made for you; you are not left editing configuration.
How often the agent passes a call to a human tells you whether the script is covering real calls. A high rate is a signal, not a failure.
If you are also buying a firewall
The two services do not depend on each other. A firewall order goes through selection, written quote, supply and configuration on its own timeline, driven by SonicWall stock and your cutover window rather than by anything on the voice side.
How it works
Send us how calls come in today and what you want to happen to them. We will tell you what the agent can take and what it should pass to you.
