Terms of Service

What we agree to provide, what we ask of you, where the limits sit, and how SonicWall products fit in.

These terms

These terms govern use of this website and of services supplied by AutoVoice Technologies. Using the site or placing an order means you accept them. Where you hold a signed agreement or an accepted written quotation with us, that document takes precedence if the two conflict.

Descriptions on this website are general information, not a specification of your particular service.

What we provide

AI voice agents

  • A conversational agent that answers your inbound calls
  • Appointment booking, lead capture and routing to a person, as configured
  • Call recording and transcription
  • A dedicated number, or forwarding of your existing one

SonicWall firewalls

  • Selection guidance for your network size and requirements
  • Supply of hardware, licences and subscriptions
  • Deployment and configuration
  • A written quotation before anything is ordered

What we do not provide

  • We do not guarantee that a voice agent will handle every call correctly. It answers from what it was trained on, and calls outside that are routed to a person.
  • We do not guarantee that any firewall will prevent every attack. No supplier can.
  • We do not certify your organisation as HIPAA, PCI DSS or otherwise compliant. Equipment we supply can support technical requirements within those frameworks; certification is a matter for your compliance officer or a qualified assessor.
  • We do not provide legal advice, including on call recording law.
  • We are not a backup service and do not recover data lost to an incident.

SonicWall products

AutoVoice Technologies is an independent reseller of SonicWall products. We are not SonicWall Inc., we are not owned by or a division of SonicWall Inc., and this website is not operated or endorsed by SonicWall Inc. SonicWall is a trademark of its owner and is used here to identify the products we supply.

The functions of a SonicWall appliance — inspection, intrusion prevention, anti-malware, filtering, VPN, updates — are provided by SonicWall through the product and the subscription you licence. Their behaviour, coverage and availability are determined by the vendor and by your licence state, not by us. Hardware warranty and software support are governed by SonicWall's own terms, which are supplied with the product.

What AutoVoice provides is selection, supply, configuration and a point of contact.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information about your business, your call handling and your network, and tell us when it changes
  • Maintain your own internet connection, phone service and equipment
  • Keep your own administrative credentials secure
  • Review what the agent says on your behalf before it goes live, and tell us when it needs changing
  • Only ask us to configure answers, prices and commitments you are willing to stand behind
  • Hold the rights or permission for any voice you ask us to clone

Call recording obligations

The service records and transcribes calls. In several US states and many other jurisdictions, all parties to a call must be informed that it is being recorded, and in some cases must consent.

That obligation belongs to you as the business receiving the call. We will configure an announcement at the start of calls at your instruction. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that what you have asked us to configure meets the law that applies to you and to your callers.

Orders, prices and payment

Orders and enquiries are handled by email. No payment is taken through this website.

Voice agent plan prices published on this site are in US dollars per month and exclude any sales tax that applies where you are. Minutes are counted per plan per month and do not roll over.

Firewall pricing is quoted individually in US dollars, itemised by model, licence and configuration work. Nothing is ordered until you accept the quotation in writing. Lead times depend on vendor stock and are stated as an expected window, not a guaranteed date.

Changes and cancellation

Voice agent plans are billed monthly. To change plan or cancel, email info@autovoicetechnologies.com. A change of plan takes effect at the start of the next billing month. On cancellation your service runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and your call transcripts are exported to you before the account closes.

Firewall hardware is a purchase, not a subscription. Returns are subject to the vendor's and distributor's return terms, which we will state in the quotation. Licences and subscriptions attached to an appliance renew on their own terms, which are stated in the quotation.

We may add, alter or withdraw service capabilities. Where a change materially reduces what you receive, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel without penalty.

Availability

We aim to keep services running continuously, but no service is available all of the time. Carrier outages, maintenance, vendor platforms, your internet connection and your own equipment all affect availability. Any availability commitment that applies to you is stated in your service agreement.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, missed calls or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the services, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the period stated in your agreement.

Intellectual property

This website, its text and its artwork belong to us. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, but not copy the site for commercial purposes without permission.

The business information you give us to train your agent remains yours, as do your call recordings and transcripts. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your signed agreement states otherwise.

Before you publish

These terms set out the shape of the agreement in plain language, including a governing law clause based on your New York address. Have them reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on them, particularly the liability cap and the call recording section. This is a starting structure, not legal advice.
